Vinification

Manual harvest end of September. Fermentation in stainless steel, maceration ca. 12 days, aged in used barrels and in stainless steel tank, bottling end of April.

Recommendation

Braised meats, pasta, fried mushrooms, summer vegetables. A pleasant wine for everyday.
